Well after a bit more research this will work, Blue Seas make a MRBF terminal block for the MRBF fuses, so my idea will work as its the same principle

My other option is to use a JNL fuse block in this space, but the i feel the MRBF fuse on a MRBF mounting block, isolated by the stud mounting is a better solution.
