I think DC HOUSE are rebranded Eco-Worthy units and I watched a teardown on the tube of their 12v 100ah units, Build quality seemed pretty good for such a low price but if my memory serves me right it didn't shut off during 0.2C discharge at 10V but didn't go into limp mode.

There's a video on YouTube where a guy freezes then discharged a lifepo4 battery from Li-Time. It still worked and was interested to see how the voltage actually increased as the battery warmed up.

FET locked can be reset by touching the slider button (yellow background) next to POWER off and on again. Usually resets it but when it's FET locked one of those slider buttons is usually highlighted in red, either charge or discharge side.

So JBD replied and state that the version i have is suitable for series connections - So hope this helps others, if it has 4S on the label it is suitable for series connection. However, i still do not know why mine failed.

You cant charge a 24V battery @12V. You will need to get a suitable charger for 24V.
