Schneider RS unit: Nuisance AFD and functionality of 6 pin SWD jumper

Just checking: your PV panel frames/rails are grounded to earth, yes? You shouldn't have regular arc faults in a normal installation which has all good connections etc.

    Deye 5KW inverter/installation related questions

Connect the inverter to the grid via a fuse. Install the CT correctly on that LIVE input wire. Turn off (If you want to) the grid by turning off the fuse. When you need the grid, just turn on the fuse. No need to bond anything unless you have special conditions/regulations in your country that...

    JK-PB Inverter-BMS Bluetooth always on

But again...WHY? As Steve mentions the power use is MINIMAL. And if you consider a BT module as a security risk with its max 5-10m range...well, there are other stuff to worry about.

    EG4 Chargeverter-GC vs 6000XP charging

Running only the Chargeverter to maintain your batteries and not connecting the inverter to the grid gives you much cleaner power if your grid has noise. I do this here due to a noisy grid. See the link to my battery build thread in my signature.

Elefast 100AH battery - BMS shuts down - claims over temp 90C ?

Was there a temp sensor lead in the kit that you forgot to install? Aka it howls because of no signal back from said missing lead?

    JK B2A24S20P is torturing me.

Did you remember the B+ cable (I think thats what its called in the manual) also to the last cell (16) and not just the sensor? That one is the last on the number 2 connector (the long one).

Can I sell electricity from my solar farm to my neighbours?

Your climate is something like England so I figure producing much solar will be an uphill battle, yes? Especially companies would like their power to be up and running every day. As mentioned above ^^ ask a local sparkie for rules and regs in your local market for resellers.

    Panel Cleaning!!

Not much. Here the dust is around max. 5-10% less production. I let the local rain flush mine off, ca. 30 degrees roof mounted. If you have big amounts of calc in your water, do not use a hose. There will be calcium spots when they dry. Aka better with natural rain - no calc.

Qisocell was at 30-60 Euro/cell EVE 280K the other day. Depending on volume. Plus freight.

Got the EG4 XP up and running! Need some help lol

Btw. the dongle: does EG4 require a 2.4ghz SSID to connect to as many other brands or will it work with 5ghz? Could this be the issue?

PV array voltage significantly higher than expected

This ^^. Remove 2 of your 18 panels from the string and all is good. Run single string with 16 only OR do 8+8 2p.

Do I need to do anything special to use individual inverters for individual circuits?

Well, it's percentage wise 8 times more likely to fail than just the one unit... Just sayin' ...

    Deye energy source priority setting

I would set it up to Load first, then the PV surplus would charge the batteries and then the leftover should be sold to the grid if you have an export agreement with your PoCo.

Deye (Sol Ark) battery relocation and re-cabling since first installation

After almost 2 months now running the EG4 Chargeverters in a vertical position to let the hot air escape easier works very well. The surface temp on the top part (or right side if horizontally - exit) of the EG4 has lowered by over 20-25 degrees C. So absolutely worth it to mount them vertically...

EG4 batteries not charging to 100%

Roughly the same here. 3.55V charge and 3.45V float per cell. Works very well. Btw. the only time your SOC will be correct is every time your batteries are really full/100% and the SOC resets itself ^^. I just look at the voltage of each cell and just ignore the listed SOC...3 different BMSs and...

How much PV input voltage is needed to start AC on inverter (Deye 8K)

All the above plus: are you sure the panel string is connected in SERIES and not parallel? With parallel you will never reach the minimum voltage.
