REPT 280AH Cells from Exliporc - Making 48v 560AH Battery

Surely not grade A as advertised, and not as honest as I thought they were, but after six months from my first order with them , I did receive a small compensation of 6$ per cell for them giving me false information . The cells I’m referring to were CATL 310ah advertised, tested 285 to 293 ah...

Magnum Energy MS4448PAE LiFePO4 Charger Settings:

Update, I have readjusted my absorb voltage to 58.4v, while doing test and trying to rebalanced my cell with the new one, I noticed that there's only 2-3 amps more to reach the full charge zone of 3.65v, stop at 10amps absorb. ( To top balanced only) So that means at 58.8v for 17 cells is 99...

Using excess solar to heat house

Wow, is what I say after reading this thread, but I agree with you 100%. You know what you need and how much solar production you are getting, so no need for any reason not to do it. I'm in the same boat, here in Canada Ontario, we get the best solar production starting in mid January, when it...

Magnum Energy MS4448PAE LiFePO4 Charger Settings:

Hi happy to help, I have purchased 32 cells which were advertised as 310ah brand new, grade a, but once I tested them they were more in the 290ah range. They are CATL, and I like them, they are closely match, 289ah-292ah, . They have been installed in my system since mid June, and the delta is...

Magnum Energy MS4448PAE LiFePO4 Charger Settings:

At this setting you're cells would be overcharged, my first setting was56.8v with end amp8ah, I gradually dropped it and now is at 55.2v 28ah endamp Float is good at 53.6v, mine is presently at 54v. I would not go any higher EQ stays the same as absorb 55.2 at minimum time. Rebulk 51.2v, only...

Internal Resistance 280ah cells important questions

All my cells came in at 3.296v also, i did a single cell capacity test, and they all had ~106ah capacity at that voltage, which translate to a soc of ~ 36%. I then took all the cells that were the same capacity and made a balanced battery. Once the cells are top balanced and matched, I don't...

    Shenzen EFire BMS, anyone?

Magnum inverters are very dependable low frequency, huge transformer, they take the load very well, I have it since 5.5 years now and never a problem. I'm in Ontario close to Ottawa,Canada. I've noticed that the JBD BMS, are manufactured using imported chips from Japan, and this also helped me...

    Shenzen EFire BMS, anyone?

Great choice, just a word of advice, if you intend to upgrade later the magnum mini panel is only good for 1 inverter, but you can get the one that is used for 2 inverter, it's a little more $ but worth it. I got caught with this. The same applies to the remote control ME-ARC, if you intend to...

    Shenzen EFire BMS, anyone?

Yes it's all diy, when I purchased the house 10 years ago, the owner had the manual transfer switch panel with the critical loads already in place for the generator. I didn't have the generator so I installed the magnum inverter in its place. Also I hope you have the ME-ARC. Advanced Remote...
