If his battery bank was good sized probably could charge over 600amps it would be one heck of a charger. LTO's have 15 minute charge time! Not anyone would likely charge quite that fast

I solved it was strange but I had ran an extension cord with a broken ground prong I replaced it and readings went back to normal. Microwave and fridge lol. The first diagram was the same as mine
