Will the "Beginner Friendly All-in-One Solar Power System" trickle charge a Tesla? Help!

" Sorry for the newb question, but do you mean simply a red wire should run from the inverter into one of the batteries (as shown in the photo)? The same would be said for the black from the inverter to the battery bank.

    Connecting 4 - 12v 100ah batteries for a 24v Inverter

I've purchased four 12v 100ah AGM batteries. Are the diagrams below correct to set up four in 2S2P for my 24v inverter? It should be 24v with 200ah. Also, I have 2WG battery cables. When I connect from one 12v battery to another, do I use a red or black wire? Does it matter? Solar panels x 4...

Will the "Beginner Friendly All-in-One Solar Power System" trickle charge a Tesla? Help!

Thanks! And now the newbie question: I have three black & red 2 AWG wires. I can see the red cable from my inverter would go to the bottom left 12v battery and the black cable would go to the bottom right battery. What about the other ones? Do I use red or black, and if so which one?

Will the "Beginner Friendly All-in-One Solar Power System" trickle charge a Tesla? Help!

I purchased an Iron Forge Cable 3 Foot Lighted Outdoor Extension Cord - 10/3 SJTW and hooked it to the AC output on my Growatt 3000 24v inverter. The colors to set up the Ground | L | N for the Iron Forge extension cord isn't clear to me. Based on the photos, do I have this set-up correctly?

Will the "Beginner Friendly All-in-One Solar Power System" trickle charge a Tesla? Help!

My current set-up has my inverter (Growatt 3000 24v) connected to my two 12v 100ah AGM batteries. My issue with the Growatt is that it drains my batteries overnight, even in "power save" mode. So, I think it may be best to have a battery disconnect switch between the inverter and the...

Will the "Beginner Friendly All-in-One Solar Power System" trickle charge a Tesla? Help!

Question for anyone who can help. I gave my PIP 2724LV-MR 24 inverter to my father. The batteries powered the unit up, but it doesn't detect the solar panels. He has 4 x 100w solar panels in series. I tested the MC4 connectors, and it shows 47v. When I connect the MC4 to the inverter, it...

Will the "Beginner Friendly All-in-One Solar Power System" trickle charge a Tesla? Help!

Oh boy, so many (newbie) questions. Why do all 10/3 extension cords say 15a? You suggested I get a 10ga, which I am assuming is the same as a 10/3, that would handle 30a. Am I missing anything?

Will the "Beginner Friendly All-in-One Solar Power System" trickle charge a Tesla? Help!

Oops. Typical. I meant "slice". I mean to strip the external yellow cover on the extension cord and then separate the three colors (inside the yellow cover). What Will Prowse is doing in the video.

Will the "Beginner Friendly All-in-One Solar Power System" trickle charge a Tesla? Help!

Thanks, a ton. The Tesla can change its charge rate from (min) 5A to 15A. At least, that is what I was doing off my old MPP Solar inverter. I don't need to do anything over 15A with the Tesla charging. I'll use the 10Ga Yellowjacket extension cord, splice it into the three colors, and put it...

Thanks to everyone who responded. This has been extremely eye-opening and educational without feeling bad for being ignorant. There seem to be two options here. Option #1 Buy different solar panels for my current inverter. - Is it better to buy (used) 200-300 watt 12v solar panels and put...
