Not sure of the exact specs of your panels but it's very possible you will exceed an mc4's amp rating if you run 4 in parallel. How many amps are the panels rated for? If you are over the mc4's limit then you might need a combiner box.

If it was me I'd go with the plus model with the 200a bms. I'd rather have the extra power potential compared to slightly more capacity. Just my preference. What size inverter are you going to use?
