How do you set up your scope to read that high voltage? I've a Tektronix 2445A which I use for hobby electronics, mainly just Arduino projects, so 12 - 14V maximum for relays etc. I've already let the magic smoke out of plenty of other things, so I know how quickly I could ruin my scope. ;)

I have exactly the same issue. Mine was caused by me not paying attention and swapping 2 of the balance leads. The BMS is possibly toast, just like mine.

If you pay for 280Ah cells, you should get 280Ah cells, not excuses.

You would also need copper wire as thick as your arm to carry 1000 amps, even though the maximum the inverter is able to draw is around 60 amps for a 3kw unit and the same 60 amps which is the maximum output of my 3kw of panels. Still makes no sense to me.

For 16 cell LiFePo4 it's a choice between 80A or 250A, nothing in between. I may order the 250A one simply because the build quality looks really good.

So if I have 2 banks of 280Ah cells in parallel giving me 560Ah I'd need a 500A BMS at a minimum? That makes no sense.
