FWIW - my 12k fried from a lighting ground strike. The built in protection did not work… this is after 3 yrs of it running without issue. have a replacement on the way, sol-ark was agreeable to replace it with only one phone call. Will be here within 7 days… I already have the extra protection...

That is what I thought. Outside of @Shawn Hayes having a crappy experience, I believe most folks have had a decent customer exp. with Sol-Ark. This is the biggest hurdle that SS needs to tackle in order to be on par with Sol-Ark / Victron etc..

if this is Lifepo4 chemistry then you could be running into an overvoltage and the BMS is shutting down the batts.. and then inverters 19 - too high. should be 55.5 or 56. 20 - too high. should be 54 21 - too low. should be 50 these settings related to lifepo4 charging profile and the 'knees'...
