LV2424 and Growatt 3000 won't turn on with 24V from bigbattery

Weird issue with Bluetti EB150
Just got a Bluetti EB150. When plug in an outlet tester, all 3 lights came up. This happens on both AC plugs. I have never seem an outlet tester display all 3 lights. What does that even mean? Can anyone else confirm they have the same issue?- kxy
