1.5 Watt led light circuit.

This may seems like a long shot, but I want to ask anyway.

I want to make a small birdhouse with just one 1.5 watt led light, which runs independently on a small solar panel. I've search a bit on the internet and I think I need to make a circuit with the led light, a small battery pack and a solar panel. Do you guys think that's the way to go, or am I missing some comoponents.

Just use one of the little solar lights you buy at the store. You can use the circuit board, solar panel and battery for your project.
