4 cells together (in series) will give you 120 Ah at 12V nominal (actually 14.6 when charged to 100%). Place two packs like that in parallel and you get 240 Ah at 12V. Another option is to build an 8 cell pack giving 120 Ah at 24V. It works out to the same wattage, but charging at 24V from solar is more efficient. You would need a 24V to 12V convertor, but those are pretty inexpensive. Also, one 8 cell BMS should be less money than two 4 cell BMS's of the same make.
