120v electric blankets

In our MotorHome, we have a standard queen sized electric blanket. We often turn it on when it’s cold outside. Often “preheat” for 30 min, then level 1 or 2 for the night. Makes it much nicer!

It doesn’t use much power during the night.

anyone know this item and how many watts it draws??

On that Amazon link you provided, the 4th picture down it shows the max watts draw at 160w...

In comparison to a typical electric blanket, I use an old legacy Northern dual-controller queen electric blanket and it draws 180w on 120v AC power... I shut off my main 2800w inverter in the motorhome when I'm not needing it a lot of the time, so I have a little Bestek 300w inverter plugged into a cig lighter plug in the RV to run just the blanket at nighttime. Last night I ran it about at 5 on both dials and was cozy warm.

I also have a small Cannon electric blanket I use in my office chair when I start work in the mornings to use when the RV is a bit chilly until the heater gets going or the Sun comes up and gets warm enough. That one draws 130w on 120v AC power...

Both work great and don't draw too much.
