12Kpv w/ JK Inverter BMS?

So I've updated firmware on JK and EG4, have battery come on EG4 connected to RS485(1) on JK, have JK device id set to 1 and powered up battery, then EG4, then PV on EG4. I cannot get it to charge and the alerts listed on EG4 are as follows:
* Bat Com failure
* Trip by no AC
* Bat open
* Trip by Vac abnormal

I have not hooked up the AC side of the EG4 yet because I wanted to make sure the battery and PV side was working first.

Can someone assist on what I'm doing wrong please.

Set the jk to luxpower and set the inverter to 6 (luxpower) not 1 (luxpower/eg4). They seem to be different.
