How would four of these play paralleled with the EW server rack batteries? (I don't see bluetooth; is there another way to monitor them?)

As long as you have fault protection ( fuse / breaker ) on the series string paralleled to your EW batteries it would be reasonable low cost additional storage.
Yes, you don't know the exact SOC of the added string, but from my experience, it evens out fairly well sharing the loads with the communicating batteries.
...nor do some of the reviews.

Any of the HC02 would be my preference if I had to do this.
Though I’d never do the series battery thing myself, or buy batteries without comms.

What I use on my four 12V 100Ahs. Only need it for batteries in series, no need if just parallel.
