12V Hybrid solar wind

Hi ,
I have a small cabin in the mountains.
I have one 12v 100w solar panel with mppt controller & Amg 600Ah Battery.

-Want to upgrade my project with a 3 phase wind generator 350w with Dump load.
Mabye my old hoverbord motor or something else??

To have more power, with area heat in winter (dump load)

How to make the most efficient and stable setup for a reasonable money?
Wind speed 2-13 m/s mostly.
Less brake more heat with dump loade when the batteries are full.

can maybe be extended with wifi/gprs / bluetooh from old mobile phone with cloud / App??
for monitoring

Feel free to come with list , links and photos.

Maybe someone already has such a project?

Thinking I need a new controller. maybe one at 40 - 60A in case I expand more later.

Are there any controllers that can receive power from both the solar panel and a small wind turbine?
It must be possible to program it to burn off the excess energy on the heater when the batteries are full.

Here are some materials others use in their setup.

Which is needed and who should be replaced ???
