12v lights come on with Inverter

I did connect the battery negative to the power company socket but no change. I will try both sides of the inverter and let you know. If I use a test plug in the lounge. that the room run by solar it tells me NO EARTH. I will drop a earth rod outside and connect an earth to this socket circuit. later thanks.

Hi. Just a quick update. Just a bit busy yesterday. I have connected both sides of the inverter, the battery side and 240v side to the power company ground. This has stopped the neon driver from glowing so the AC has been removed....but the 12V led lights are still glowing when the switch is off and the inverter is on. I will move 24V to 12V dropper further away from the inverter this afternoon to see if that helps. Thanks, Andy
