Harvesting free photons from clean fusion
I started with old boat and tower 12V SLA batteries. Upgraded to some 12V LPF, then to 4 x 12 =48V LPF and now to 48V rack batteries.
When I got away from my 4x 12V 100ah LPF I cut them open with the idea of putting them all under one 16 cell BMS. No I find myself needing a 12V LPF for boat accessories like electric reels for deep drop fishing. I had already cut these batteries out of their box.
I see on eBay where you can buy a plastic box but they are in the $50 range for 100ah 12V. I hate to spend that money on the box but I could rebuild it and add Bluetooth the the JBD BMS so it would be my least expensive alternative.
So I wonder what @Will Prowse does with all the batteries he cuts up?
