I am currently building a 13S2P 48v 5ah battery pack out of 18650 cells. I have a LiFePO4 charger which has a max output of 60V @ 5A that is intended for a 48v 16S LiFePO4 battery . I was wondering if I can use this charger for the battery pack I'm building?

What chemistry are the cells?
Is the charger configurable for voltage and/or current?
What is the max charging rate for these cells?

they are lithium ion, the charger is just a basic charger, and with the configuration of the cells the pack as a whole had a charge rating of 2.5A. Picture of charger below:

Typically the max voltage for lithium-ion explody flavour cells is 4.2 volts per.
60 / 13 = 4.615384615 volts per at double the rated amperage.
I think the likely outcome would be "vent with fire".
Unless you are a bored explosive ordnance tech please don't try this.
