I'm having trouble setting the time of day values in the working modes page in the maintenance page of the monitor app. I can enable/disable, set charging power and backup SOC but I can't even click on the start and end time fields.

Has anybody got this working. Mine has never worked but I can really could use this feature during the winter.

Thanks,

I use the setting and can change it both in working mode and the old setting mode pages…on firmware 1A1A

Today, SS tech support told me that this feature is not yet working and a trouble ticket was written for both SS and EG4 tech support.
I requested that keep me in the loop.
If anybody else could shed some light on this issue I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,
tsp

Strange. What version of firmware are you on, I have used it and changed the setting a few times adjusting it for the changing sunset times.

Yes the system has been rebooted several times because I've updated all the firmware plus I added an II-S battery to my stack of Lifepower4 batteries.
The function I'm talking about is located in the working modes page under maintenance (Battery Backup Mode). In this page I cannot enable the function but I can set backup mode on the original settings page. In the settings below I can change the AC power and backup SOC but I cannot change the T1 values. I can't even click on them.

Can you make changes on this page on your system?

Thanks for your help.

Ahhhh I don’t use that mode. It’s disabled on my side. I am only using the pv priority part. I don’t charge batteries from AC at all.

Although on the old settings page I did previously have ac charge enabled just to test it and it did work. I have never had the other setting enabled, it almost looks like it’s not part of ac charge on the old settings page….

If you switch to the "old setting page" view, there's a setting named "AC Charge Based On". Change this setting from "SOC/Volt" to "Time" and then the timer fields will become available. I don't know whether changing that setting will make the timer values available on the working modes page as well - I haven't tried it.

This feature is not available at the moment, however for now you can set the time under the AC charge settings.
