2 - 170ah lithium batteries and 500a battery monitor help

I have 2 - Renogy Lithium 170ah batteries wired in parallel, equaling 340ah. I want to set up the Renogy 500A Battery Monitor. Both batteries are charged to 100%. I need to calibrate the monitor and enter in the parameter settings. How many amp hours truthfully do I enter, 340ah or is it less cause of "rated capacity" 161.5ah each battery, thus equaling 323ah. Now, what do I set the HIGH voltage disconnect at and what would I set the LOW voltage disconnect at? Lastly, what should I set the Ah alarm at?
