Thank for all your info Will

Nice build. Are those CALB 100Ah cells? Where did you purchase those with the busbars and terminals?

Yes they are calb cells, purchased from battery warehouse through aliexpress ( long process) . Brand new, consecutive s/n #, all same voltage . I actually ordered an 11 busbar kit but they only sent 8 ,so i made a few, and i made some terms for the balance leads, i dont like crimping small wires. 20200311_203841.jpg

how much does the crate weight? The arrangement is neatly done and looks awesome. If I were you, I would add a strong top cover so they can be stacked vertically

Milk crates are designed to be stacked vertically without a top.

Semi nesting if you will.

I put a 20kg set of 4 180Ah calbs in a milk crate and it makes it easy to move around. I had no fear of the bottom falling out.

Nice, this got me thinking of another way to connect my cells together than the original thinking method.
