200Watt Solar Setup on a Minivan

Hello,
I've decided to sacrifice one of my minivans and turn it into a dedicated travel van.

I want to mount two 12v, 100watt panels on the roof and I have a Schneider C40 Charge Controller. (Same as Xantrex C40)

I will be using the normal car battery plus one 100AH flooded battery which I want to use the Solar to top off daily.

My Question......

Do I need to worry about GFP with this small a setup in my van?
