2021 Nissan Leaf 40Kwh Pack capacity

Hi eveyone,

Im trying to figure out my final capacity of my 48V pack, i will be using a full leaf pack with the newer double modules in a 7s config and im trying to calculate the finished Kwh capacity, is this still going to be 40Kwh at 48v as the nissan config is 112ah x 350V which is 40Kwh.

Your capacity wont change. Your voltage will according to how you configure it.
If its a 40KWH battery it will always be a 40KWH battery.

How many cells are in the pack?
What is the AH of each cell?
What is the Voltage of each cell at max charge?
 
There are 24 modules in the pack they are twin modules so 2x2s2p, my final config would be a 14s14p max charge of 8.2v max per each 2s so 4.1v per cell and 56ah per cell, i have 1 extra double module to make up the total as im 1 module short
 
Im not sure i have managed to explain it very well but this may help
