So I just finished watching Wills video on diy solar system

And I am leaning to buy the
Growatt 48V SPF 3000TL LVM
3KW OFF GRID INVERTER

Or 24V version

My question is does these units do 240 volts? I am planning to charge my Tesla?

According to the link: You will need TWO units to form 240VAC Split phase 240VAC.

You may want to download the user manual and study it first, also look at Youtube to see how people use this model for 240V Slpit phase.

OP is asking about 'SPF 3000TL LVM' not the 5000ES as shown in PDF.
SPF 3000TL LVM does not take 240V input, output is also only 120V, thus required two units to form 240V split phase output.

You should remove that diagram, it is not finalized since it is still wrong and needs to be corrected. If L1 or L2 of the utility touches the chassis, the utility breaker will not trip when fault current occur.

As shown, if a fault develops in a GroWatt (or AC In panel, or AC Out panel, or Load panel), and "L1" shorts to chassis, chassis of all those devices goes to 120VAC. The only path back to utility meter is through the earth. Your added ground rod is at 120VAC, ground rod by utility meter is zero...
