I'm searching for a 24v or 48v AIO for my new-to-me trailer. The panels are currently just charging the 12v lead acid battery.

My panels put out about 81vdc and most of the ones I've seen need 120vdc to 150vdc to start charging. There's a 24v PowMr 3200 that's as low as 30vdc. I'm looking for something in the 3000 to 4000 watt range.

Any other options out there?

There is the the MPP Pip-1012LV for 12vDC battery. Pv Voc of 102v, it is a 1000w unit. There are several in the 24DC area though most are relabled Voltronic or SRNE. Range is up to 3.6kW inverter output. I have been testing a Sumry the last month that has a 60-450V operating range.

I'm thinking I'll need 3000 to 4000 watts. I'm sticking with 24v or 48v as I'll be adding on to it over the next few years.

Not to go for aio .
Than you can select your own stuf and adjust.

One thing wy my self no not use a aio is if somtings break i have to replace the complete unit.
Now i only can replace the part that is broken.
And i can do a easy upgrade in the future without replace the complete systeem.

Just somting to think about it.

Check out the idle consumption rate of the AIO. For a mobile environment, that can be a limiting factor.
If it has an ECO mode, the idle consumption can be close to an off-grid inverter.

I think SRNE will fit the bill for me. They got a 24v 3000w one that'll work
The low volt (100Voc, 60A charge) SRNE model is sold under a dozen names now. I started out with the white box version sold by EAsun several years back. Midnite solar had their DIY version (or did, may have stop selling them) others include PowMr, Eco worthy, and who knows else.

I did a review of the EAsun in the the off grid inverter sub-forum which chronicles much of the operational aspects.

I'll have a look, thanks!
