Hi all,

I'm really interested in the Jackery 1000 for carrying back and forth between home and our off-grid vacation cabin. I have (2) 24v 255w panels (one at each location) with open voltage of 38v. I know this is too high for the Jackery's input. Is there something that can be wired in between the panel and the Jackery to cut the voltage down to the 30v max of the Jackery?

Thanks,

Jeff

Actually the max input is about 32 volts on the 1000.
What is the Vmp on those panels?

Assuming VMP is the same as VMPP, the panels are: 30.6v.

32v? I just went by Will's video review and the specs on their webpage: says 12V-30V (200W Max)

Either way, shouldn't I be more worried about the Voc of 38.7?

So... still thinking about this. Is there anyway to step down my panel to use with the Jackery?
