24V to 110VAC 30A continuous inverter recommendations

Looking for an RV solution continuous 30A i/3500W inverter. Please feel free to recommend any 24V 3500W continuous solution. These below are what I am going to be considering:

The first is a scratch according to reviews of the product. No documentation, the unit cannot support 1500W continuous load and the recommendation by the manufacturer is, "Don't run your refrigerator and anything else at the same time."
