What would be a good 24v battery for off grid cabin. Is a 24v battery fine. I also have 24v troll motor for my boat. I have been using a 750 ah led acid, forklift battery for my off grid system now. And for the trolling motor I was using two 12v led acid batteries. I want to switch everything to 24v lithium Iron. What battery would anyone suggest for the trolling motor. And the off grid, perhaps two for the off grid and one for the boat. So pos three in total, so I put the boat battery in-line after the boating season.

You're in the for sale section.

Does the cabin see temperatures below freezing? LiFePO4 does not like to be charged below 32°F. If it does get that cold, you either don't charge them or you have to keep them warm.

Will the cabin have solar?

I will most likely transport batteries from my heated shed. When in use they will be in an insulated box, if needed with a Matt heater under batteries..

Be sure to buy 24V LFP battery and not two 12V in series.
Search for 24V LFP battery and you will find many choice from lightweight 50Ah (24 lbs) to ''big'' 300Ah or 400Ah battery.

And don't forget to adjust MPPT voltage to around 27.5V-28V.
