Given the expense and shipment time, I don't want to be futzing around with questionable cells or questionable vendors. For my second purchase of cells, I went back to the same source as the first time: Shenzhen Luyuan Technology Co., Ltd.

If you're patient, the cells shipped from China are usually less expensive than cells that are shipped from an in-country local warehouse.
