These are hardware BMS, no frills (no bluetooth, not configurable: the HVD is 3.9v and the LVD is 2.2v).
I paid $470, asking $300 + shipping anywhere in lower 48. Happy to use whichever carrier you choose.
I bought them direct from JBD, in a pinch, overlooking the voltage settings. I installed and used 2 of them for a short period of time. I did not go so far as to test HVD, LVD, or over current protection. My inverter and SCC charge/discharge cutoffs were set very conservatively (27.2 and 24v respectively).
All I can say is they worked. I was able to power loads using them. I've since replaced them with a more feature rich BMS.
The 9 pin leads are missing for the 2 units I used. You will have to make them up yourself. 3 brand new leads are still available. The leads are 11pin plugs, but only 9 of the pins are used. See below pics.
