3000w giandel inverter causes fault with my level 1 car chargers

I have two EV cars each with a level 1 charger (different brands). When I try to run either of these level 1 car chargers from my giandel 3000w inverter connected to a 24v 280AH battery they show a fault. I have used this battery and inverter combo to power my furnace and a couple of freezers for almost a year without any problems. But I cannot power either car charger.

what is the problem?

What is the fault?

Sounds like a neutral / ground bond issue.
What else are you powering with the inverter when you try to charge?

in this case the inverter is only powering one of the chargers, nothing else. I'm not sure what the fault is. both chargers have a red light labeled fault that comes on when plugged into the inverter.

Test the ground. You may need to bond neutral to ground.

Hot to ground should be 120v in North America. Neutral to ground should be 0v
