$1.90 each from Delong Energy Technology Company. $668.50 all in with shipping for 200 cells. Delong treated me well and shipped quickly after my payment. Seems like quality to me so far. All cells were within 0.03v on arrival. I have yet to do a full capacity test on my 48v 72ah 192 cell battery, but, i will soon. From the charging/discharging cell voltages and ahrs i use, capacity seems good so far. I hope this helps if anyone was looking for cylindrical cells.
