My first battery died after 6 months. No customer support. My 2nd battery died after 14 months. Technically it is not dead but 6Ah capacity at 11.9 volts is basically dead. My third battery delivers 80Ah after only 6 months of light use. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Seriously if you even consider buying from a company without a phone number then I can not help you!

I just bought one of these. Registered 13.1V warm, 9.7V after 8hours in the freezer. The low temp discharge cutoff is -4F, so it certainly didn't get cold enough. Freezer can def get it below the charge cutoff tho. I'm pretty new to all this - is there any way for me to check charge protection without a dedicated charger? Don't have my solar panel yet

Before I purchased 4 months ago, they were very responsive to my questions about warranty, etc. They also replaced a battery last year I had purchased for our previous RV when it wouldn't hold a charge. I hope they are still around. I haven't had any issues so far with my 4 new ones. They are a larger format and perhaps more reliable than their previous iteration.
