Quebec seems to get hit with big outages often, it gets fun when we got over 50 sites out of power and only 3-4 techs to go around. I always felt they should put solar panels at the cabinets and small COs, could at least buy a bit of extra time but guess they would probably just get stolen... reality of the world we live in today. Can't have nice things. We've even had 100kw generators stolen.
