480 18659 cells packs almost complete

I bought these from another forum member back in January. I was impatiently waiting on prismatic cells from China. I bought these with the intention of using them but never got around to finishing the packs. Person I bought these from put these packs together and top balanced them. Each battery is 24p 10s around 75aH 2.5kWh battery. So it's 480 18650 cells according to the guy I got them from there in great shape and have been cycled very few times. These cells come with one 36v 10s 80a Daly BMS. I'd like to get 420 bucks for the cells and BMS. I'm in Charlotte NC area and would prefer to do a local Meetup I don't really have much interest in shipping. I also have 5 used solar panels they are 270watts. I bought them second hand from some guy off Craigslist. I'm guessing if they were mounted in the ideal direction they'll pull about 240w. I've got four of them just leaning on the side of my camper and I've seen 800 plus watts so far. I think I paid about 100 bucks a panel. I'm going to take offers on them. I also have a 3000w high frequency 36 volt inverter that I bought off of eBay. I think I paid right around $275 bucks for it. The inverter is still new and unused.

One of the batteries is nearly complete just needs bus bars. The other battery he started to disassemble but should be fairly easy to put back together. It also comes with the blue wrap and a little bit of nickel strip.
