Do note that during the inverter firmware update process, *the inverter will completely shut down and restart multiple times*. This is expected.

Prepare more "sensitive" loads accordingly.

are you sure you can download from bluetooth??? How could that happen if you are not connected to a network??
But I think you could on your 4G and get them into your downloads folder....the app seems to look in there for files..

You do need internet to download the files either through a computer or your phone. Once downloaded it can be installed locally via the dongle's Wi-Fi or through Bluetooth on Android devices

Just today my two dongles disconnected from the internet at 1:00 pm. Had to completely re-hook both dongles to the internet. This time I paid attention to the biggest problem I encountered, because my monitoring account was still good, setting that up was unnecessary. But what was difficult was when the wifi is hooked up to the individual dongle and you open the APP you have to get the app to find your home WIFI and that you do by hitting the little yellow button next to where you could type in the name of your home WIFI. But don't do it, it has to find it by itself then you select it. And then put in your password. The second dongle was very slow to find my home WiFi, so after hitting the yellow button and putting my cursor up on the line it finally gave me the choice of the dongle serial number or my home WIFI. Selected the Home WIFI and put in my password and boom it went right in, stubborn I must say. And wonder why they went off line in the first Place? Oh well hope this helps!!

I have seen no interruptions in EG4 data service on my 6000XP. Not through the app nor the desktop web interface.

I'm in So. CA, have Frontier Internet service, Windows 11 with Firefox and Verizon-served Android on a Pixel 8. All latest versions of software.
