running a 6000xp and the aolithium 48 v rack
I thought I had it configured to start charging from grid at 5%, but it has run right down to 0
The battery will still boot up, but I am not sure how long I will get out of it so I need to get the settings to get it charging asap.

I only have 1 side of the gird hooked up 120v at 15 amps.
sometimes the read out of the volage on teh scren cycles form 120 to 0 then back to 0 every few seconds- the power is stable, not sure why it does this.
I don't have the correct settings yet for the battery (dip switches are type), working on that in another thread.
attached is the export setting file, for some reason it seem to keep re setting on my phone?

force charge didn't seem to work.

It generates a clicking sound - likely a relay solenoid, the click keeps going it doesn't click once then done so what ever it is it is tryign to click on over and over.

please help .

Looks like you have clicked on Set Quick Charge at some point but the AC Charge Battery Current (A) is greyed out. Try stopping the Quick Charge (if it is still in that mode) and try setting the AC Charge Based On to Time.

Try setting the battery DIP switch ID #5 up and the rest down. This configuration has worked for others.

Also, double check and make sure your inverter is on firmware 190D0E.

When the relay is inactive, the system operates at 120/240V. However, once the relay is activated, it will be limited to 120V output.
So having mismatched Input vs. Output voltage doesn't cause a fault and the Pass Through Relay would still work, interesting. Thanks.

I believe the original post was regarding failure of charge batteries when the SoC reached the set-point, so my question was primarily aimed at that particular function. Based on the above we can ask the same question in another way. If the Inverter is in Pass Through mode with only a single 120V leg attached to the Input, will the 6000XP still charge batteries from the internal charger?

Careful now, if you ask to many questions EG4 will stop responding to you like they did to me.

You CANNOT run the 6kxp on 120V, period. You need to hook up both 120v legs of the 240v grid to operate.

Yes, it operates normally, but with 120V only.

OP I hope you got something working.

Its stuff like this why I designed my gear simple. If I want to charge with gen, I take my "extension" cord to the gen, flipped a switch on the over priced blue box and start charging. Zero setup in software. If I want to invert, I move the switch to the other position.

One switch to rule them all and it just works. Less features but bells and whistles just cause problems, they always have. I like it simple and reliable.
