6000xp continuous error code w018 frequency out of range

continuously getting frequency out of range on inverter and i can see the inverter frequency fluctuating on the screen of the inverter.
there is no grid or generator connect but i see the generator icon on the monitor app and my appliances sound funny. any help would be appreciated.

Go into the settings on the inverter itself and see if it is set to 60 hertz, not sure if that's an option I don't have this particular unit I don't know for certain.

Is there anyone from EG4 that can chime in. I have a customer having same issue but there is no AC connected. W018 code. All of his appliaces are humming also.

If I were in EG4 engineering I would want one of these shipped back pronto to investigate.

Yes it is. Not to mention on the charts in monitoring portal the AC input stats[Ac not even connected to inverter] for Hz are showing up on the AC Hz output chart.

yeah no ac or gen connected but showing a gen connected in the monitor site and has low voltage and changing frequency

Alsp i checked the voltage on gen breaker and it had 53v

Are you able to confirm that they don't have anything connected and that the grid breaker is off? As you mentioned it shows they have 120V connected and the frequency is out of range.

Alsp i checked the voltage on gen breaker and it had 53v

Can you please share your inverter's serial number or station name?
