I guess it was my fault but the question was directed to the op.
no, its not your fault.I guess it was my fault but the question was directed to the op.
Fault 19Are you getting 19 Warning or 19 Fault?
sent SN in PM. first time this has happened since installedIs this a reoccurring issue?
Also, can you provide your inverter's serial number so we can look further into this?
no new loads and only communication (me adding batterys) ,battery voltage low when running the soc to %15Have you added any loads since this issue started?
Have you gotten any warnings or error codes?
We apologize for the delayed response, we recommend getting an ohm reading on the battery terminal. Also notice missing pixels on PV voltage ..

Hey now. Mine ran perfect for 4 months..... lol then I endured 12 months of wtf is going on!..and the issues begin lol
I’ve heard many people say the 6000XP is made by “Luxpower” (as if that lends it some credence) but weren’t the units that ran great in Africa different than these 6000XP?
Yeah I bought a 6500EX, it’s still new in box and I finally moved offgrid. Only 2 months ago did I read and realize they were janky and had an “upgrade program” and now I’m reading people having all sorts of flickering issues, and some users seem to be blaming the consumer for the issue.Hey now. From your description and the graph it seems the #1 inverter loss sync with the slave. You are using the gray cables with the metal shielded RJ connectors for the two parallel connections right? Did you by any chance do a real neat job bundling all your cat cables (battery and parallel ) together with ty-wraps? A current picture of all the wiring exposed would be helpful.no new loads and only communication (me adding batterys) ,battery voltage low when running the soc to %15
i think they are orange but, yes i used the shielded ones. i did not zip tie them to the d/c or a/c cables but they are in the same 6x6 trough. so far the issue hasn't come backFrom your description and the graph it seems the #1 inverter loss sync with the slave. I thought the orange ones were the battery cables? But if the RJ's are metal shielded maybe yours are just a different batch. I too have a 6x6 trough and intentionally did not route the parallel cables with any other wires to minimize any potential cross talk. If it should happen again you might consider rerouting the parallel cables.i think they are orange but, yes i used the shielded ones. i did not zip tie them to the d/c or a/c cables but they are in the same 6x6 trough. so far the issue hasn't come back
