6000XP grid vs gen switching logic

Let's say I have a 6000XP supplying a critical load panel. Grid AC power and a portable generator input also connected. Using as a UPS, no solar involved. I can't find any documentation on how it operates as an ATS between grid and gen inputs. Are the inputs interlocked when not in AC coupled mode? Is grid AC the priority? Is there some kind of delay to prevent ping pongnig? I cannot find any documentation on how the 6000XP selects or prioritizes between the grid and gen AC inputs.

Look at documentation for the “gen boost” feature, not sure if there will be info there that makes it more clear, but I know with gen only input it’ll pull from gen until the max you set and then it’ll compliment with battery power.
