Hello I'm thinking I'm missing something obvious here. It took me a while to get the inverter to recognize the batteries. I had to switch the CAN protocol on the host battery as well as use the CAN port. I thought everything was working how I wanted, but then I noticed on the EG4 monitor it only said BattParallelNum 1 (100AH).
On the 6000XP battery brand is set to 0.
DIP switches are ID:1(host), 2, 3
My 6000XP firmware is ccaa-180C0D
Battery firmware updated using EG4 Multipack communication>EG4 LL V2 firmware>6-dip switch v2>EG4 LL V2 multipack ID6.bin
I also played around with the BMS Tools V1 and was able to monitor each battery. Albeit I haven't tried this again since the battery firmware update.
What can be causing my battery communication issue?
