Never say never, thou this one is a fake, I'd suggest watching long (boring) videos by Adam Welch (guru of fakes/myths solar controllers)
He has found a few real cheap Chinese MTTPs. However, he has tested lots of fakes too.
Yet, you never know what's inside the controller until you unscrew it.
