So I finished the 18650 battery pack for the electric cycle I am building. Along with the 18650 I will have the spim08hp 84 volt pack I built before.
There is a major amp hour difference between the 2 packs, and I don't want to have backfeed from the 18650 to the spim pack so I was thinking about putting in a changeover switch. Then I can run one out, hit that switch, and then have the other pack running.
Is this a dumb idea? Anyone have any idea about what type of changeover switch I would want?
I need to do an amp test to see what full throttle draws from each of the packs still.
