If you are determined to not plan on full capacity l would use a quality breaker sized to the maximum current of the smallest current carrying devise minus 25%.
If it trips you can rest it and lower your usage. That Daly 200 amp has tinned copper with 200 deg c. Insulation it’s #2 awg and only a few inch’s long and it’s the minimum they they would use.
