Hi Everyone - first time posting and forgive me for my ignorance:
I had a 1 yr old Kilovault HAB 7.5Kw (150Ah) Battery fail with under current reg. 0v(software). Since the company is out of business, I decied to try to fixt. I found 1 dead cell. recharged it to matching voltage and re-assembled the battery. I reset the BMS internal button and restarted it. first try didnt work- I bypassed the BMS and charged to whole battery to 57.0V. After resting it dropped to 56.2V. Restarted and the alarm went out and is holding a charge but registers only as 100Ah. How does that change? I have (3) more of these batteries. I have since added it back to the main bus. and voltage is staying at 54.1V.
