Based on my research thus far it seems that most pull their AC input to the inverter from the main power panel, however I would like to do this from a split phase sub panel in my shop building on the same property since that is where the inverter, batteries, and output sub panel will be located. The manual shows L1, L2, and Neutral connections but I wanted to make sure that isn't different with the sub panel source.
