Another compelling option if there is no hardware authentication is an AC300 base unit and DIY batteries.More detailed info here:
BLUETTI Announces AC300 & AC200 MAX, Up To 24.6kWh, 6000W Power Stations
The game changing BLUETTI AC200 power station was initially released to the public on July 1st, 2020. After pulling in a staggering $6.7M US dollars on the crowdfunding platform Indiegogo and having sold tens of thousands of units over the past year, BLUETTI has continued working on making major...wccftech.com
Note the AC300 by itself has no batteries, but it’s modular - you can hot-swap additional battery modules. But each battery module has some DC outputs (no inverter). Interesting concept - it splits the difference between a self-contained power module and a DIY build.
Even more important these are all going straight to retail without crowdfunding. But expensive for sure.
Prices released today...I was on the fence with purchasing the AC200 but now that the Max is the same cost, it's a no brainer to wait.

How does one become a member? I logged into my Bluetti account, but there is absolutely no information about these new products there. I have locked in on the new 3000w Ecoflow DeltaPRO, with extra battery. If the Bluetti 3000W + extra battery will be $2899 .. that's a lot less money, like a grand.Prices released today...I was on the fence with purchasing the AC200 but now that the Max is the same cost, it's a no brainer to wait.

HoboTech did a review, and he said the AC300 does have its own internal battery. So it does, or doesn't?More detailed info here:

No internal battery listed in the AC300 specs per Bluetti:

AC300 is only sold as a bundle with the B300 battery, maybe that’s what Hobotech was talking about? I haven’t seen his video on the AC300.
Maybe Bluetti is wrong about their specs, because apparently they also can’t spell “September” correctly.
