Accidentally back fed grid into inverter?

I have 2 Eg4 6500 inverters hooked up parallel. I have a mains breaker and a solar disconnect switch that puts power into my home when flipped on. I manually flip main off and flip solar switch on to change between grid and solar. I accidentally flipped them on at the same time and immediately turned them off. I smell nothing burned and everything looks fine. Nothing happened in my home with my power. My inverters are on and charging from the sun. They are communicating with the batteries fine. However, I have an F60 error code that doesn't turn off. Hopefully, the inverters are not ruined. Is there a way to reset that error code? Please give advice on how to troubleshoot

This is why there's such a thing as an interlock - to prevent simultaneous connections.

Have you tried a full shutdown... PV off, inverter off, batteries off, then the normal startup sequence?

Does the unit still provide power?

have you tried power off restart?
