Bro i have 100a charge controller 145v but i configred my 8 445w panels produce 83-90v 44amps used 16mm copper wire but at noon my charge controller not producing more than 63amp for 24v battery system ,with this config my controller can handle 2400watt but its not producing more than 1600watt due to less amp i have checked every panel if it have connected properly 4panales in parallel connected other 4panels(parallel) in series plz identify the problem thanks ?
